On a warm 40°C summer day, the first thing you want to do is feel the splash of cold, refreshing water. Our pets enjoy a good bath too! Meet a Golden Retriever named Tucker. As a typical dog, Tucker follows his owner named Linda around the house. The kitchen, the bedroom, their backyard, and even in the bathroom, the two are inseparable! One hot day, Linda decided to take a bath and Tucker, being the cute, sweet, and adorable dog that he is, follows his owner into their bathroom.
Linda has a tub where she takes a refreshing and relaxing soak. Tucker attempts to get inside the bathtub to join his owner, but unfortunately, Linda refuses because there will be fur all over! Tucker tries to get a paw in, “Just to test the temperature,” he seemed to say. But Linda yelled when she saw what Tucker was about to do.
“Get down!” Linda says. Tucker now has both paws on the edge of the tub, ready to dive in. Just one tiny nod from Linda and he’s prepared to make a “splish splash“.
“Oh, no, you don’t!” Linda was laughing at the cuteness of it all, but nope. She is NOT having a bath with her dog. Not on this tub. She is not about to unclog the drain with golden brown fur.
Tucker let out a soft “woof!” as if to say: You’re so rude. Just let me in. Move over, Linda.
“Go! Go there,” Linda asks Tucker to step back from the tub and move farther down the bathroom. How can she have her relaxing soak when her dog is oggling at her from the edge of the tub? Doesn’t this dog know anything about privacy? She pointed at the door, instructing Tucker to stay there.
Funny Tucker thought she wanted to shake hands so he gave her his paw. Linda burst out laughing.
